Fourth Grade Supply List 

School Fees:

$25.00  --  Classroom instructional materials (includes Art, Music, and PE material, assignment book, mailing report cards, and other instructional materials, copy fee, technology fee, math manipulative)

$20.00  --  TAP Workbooks

Each child is to bring the following:

-----1 school box

-----Pencils (#2 pencils—NO mechanical pencils)

----- Scissors (Sharpies or Friskers—pointed are OK)

-----Box of tissues

-----Ruler (12 inch with CM or MM on one side and inches on the other)

-----Crayons

-----Glue

-----Colored pencils

-----Felt tip markers (large tip)

-----10 – Pocketed folders with middle fasteners

-----Notebook paper (regular rule – no college rule) (2 packs to start) (students will need lots of paper)

-----1 box Ziploc bags (quart size)

-----1 ultra fine Flair pen or Pilot precise rolling pen or Uncial vision (black)

-----Gym shoes (or wear shoes suitable for gym)

GENERAL INFORMATION

--School begins at 7:35—building opens at 7:00

--School dismisses at 2:35—If you sign your child out before this time it is counted as an early dismissal.

--Car riders need to be dropped off and picked up at the North end of the building.  (DO NOT drop off children in bus lanes in the mornings)  Car riders need to be picked up by 3:00.

--Visitors are welcome but must sign in at the office and get a sticker.  If you need to see a teacher please do so at their break time.

--All visitors are asked to park in the gravel area – not in the staff parking. 

--Money sent with your child should be in an envelope and labeled with child’s name, teacher’s name, and who is to get the money.

Child’s name

Teachers name

Lunch money, Eagle’s Nest, school fees, etc.

--If there is a change in how a student is to go home—PLEASE send a note!!!

--If there are changes in your phone number throughout the year please send the new number to the office  in case of an emergency. (also if there is an address change)

--Please label all items your child brings to school.
